I worked as a Digital Marketing Admin Assistant at Hatchery for almost a year. In this experience, I gained first-hand insights on how Digital Agency’s work in the United States of America.
I performed a number of tasks for the Agency including article writing, social media copy, social media post designs, email newsletter designs, social media scheduling, among many other responsibilities.
I got the opportunity to work for the company through my personalized approach to the founder. He was impressed with my strategy and offered me an opportunity to work full-time after viewing my portfolio.
Since I live in Ghana, I handled all of my responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Admin Assistant remotely. I was given a set of tasks each day and I’d execute each one to the best of my abilities.
I was welcome as part of the team and I learnt a lot from my interactions with all of my team-members, some of which have incredible experience in Copywriting and Digital Marketing.
